Also in London, she joined Nordea, where she had a long career as PA in Emerging Markets & Finance, Nordea Asset Management & Life, to CEO Christian Clausen and most recently to Chief People Officer Karen Tobiasen. Bettina joined Axcel in November 2017 as Executive Assistant to Axcel's Executive Chairman, Christian Frigast.

Earlier, Serena worked as Export Assistant at Inoar Cosméticos Ltda, which included international customer care and language support. Serena has also worked as a real time translator/interpreter for Clark Football Languages Ltd during the World Cup 2014, Women’s World Cup 2015 and EURO 2016. Serena started working at Axcel in 2017 as Office Manager / Assistant.
